For the DIY Couple

For the couple that needs a little guidance on where to start or how to pull together the final details before the big day. Our consulting service is designed to offer industry advice, answer questions, and suggest details that you may not have thought about. We are here to help plan the timeline or map out the venue layout and so much more... Sometimes all you need is someone with the industry experience to answer questions to make the big day stress free!

$125 per hour

Month of Coordination

Need help pulling together the last few details and support to make sure the day runs smoothly?

Most often Couples need someone to run the show and make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time on their special day. This way they can enjoy the celebration with friends and family without having to worry about coordinating vendors or directing the bridal party on where to go and when. This is where we step in!

INCLUDES:

PRE-WEDDING

ONE in person introduction meeting with venue walk-through on the same day. Approximately 2-3 hours to complete all details (within 20 Miles of the office).

Initial Timeline and Layout drafts to be completed at this meeting 

- A copy will be sent to couple to approve post meeting in case there are details still to be decided on.

Must be finalized one week before the wedding date so that it can be sent to all vendors to review and confirm arrival times and load in details.

ONE Virtual or Phone meeting for finalization of timeline and layout (if needed), and/or for any additional details or questions. Approximately 1-2 hours. 

 

ONE Day Before Wedding Rehearsal at Venue (within 20 Miles of Office) with Bridal Party and Officiant. Approximately 1 hour. 

DAY OF WEDDING

8 Hours Total on Wedding Day

Travel up to 20 Miles from Office (21 - 100 Miles = $150 Travel Fee)

- 2 Hours for Setup

Linen placement (linens provided by vendor or venue), Minimum Decor provided by the client and/or florist to Include but not limited to: Guest table numbers and seating cards or seating chart with easel (if needed), basic centerpieces, minimal votive candles (lighters also provided by client), gift/card table signs and card box, welcome sign and/or directional signage to the ceremony site (if needed), party favors to be setup on a table. Anything additional can be discussed and decided on prior to rehearsal. 

- 5 Hours for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

- 1 Hour for Clean Up/Strike

(not responsible for personal items - all items MUST be removed from venue that night or prior arraignments for the venue to be responsible for said items.)

**Need 2-3 Staff or Friends/Family to stay and help

 

- 2 Empty vehicles (not transporting people) to load up leftover food, alcohol, gifts, decor, personal items, etc.

 

ADDITIONAL HOURS = $100 per hour

Partial Planning

For the Couple that has a few vendors and a vision but doesn't know how to put it all together...

Are you the couple that needs a little guidance finding the final few vendors to pull together your vision for the big day? For example: You have your venue and your photographer but not sure where to start for your caterer or baker, not to mention floral and maybe some help with the DJ and bartenders... If this sounds like you then this is the package for you!

INCLUDES:

PRE-WEDDING

8 Hours of  Pre-Event Meeting Time

Assistance in research and selection of final vendors

Creation of Timeline and Layout with venue walk through (within 20 Miles of the office).

- A copy will be sent to couple to approve post meeting in case there are details still to be decided on.

Add-Ons

First Dance Choreography or Social Dancing Lessons

Owner Lauren has been dancing since she was 5 years old, throughout the 30 years she has trained in ballet, competed in International Latin, coached competitive ballroom couples. She has been a social salsa, swing, and country dancer for the last 18 years. Dance has always been her first passion and she would love to help put your mind at ease on your big day by helping you get ready for your first dance as a married couple!

$65 per hour (Not including studio floor rental fees)

 

Group lessons for family or bridal party are available

- This is a fun piece to add to the post rehearsal dinner party! Want to learn to two-step or salsa dance? We can help make your dream come true.

 

 

Rehearsal Dinner Planning and Coordination

Assistance with venue selection, reservation coordination, decor set up and take down, and post dinner party selection if the group wishes to check out the local Austin night life.

$85 per hour (Must be within 20 miles of office or travel fees will be applied)
